This week in writing,
We are learning to organize information using graphic organizers. i am going to introduce Thinking Maps to the children. These are wonderful tools to help children organize their thoughts before writing. i will post more information about this next week. We will also start learning how to write a formal letter. We had some practice writing our pencils but our format was pretty loose.
Welcome to Second Grade. Together we will learn, wonder, grow, explore, make mistakes, play, laugh and inspire each other to be the best that we can be.
